94 and counting...

As of today, there is 94 condos for sale in the downtown area (which I consider more or less to be the Exchange, Osborne and Waterfront Crescent) according to MLS. That is not counting the 15 or so condos advertised on Comfree. Price point goes from a 500 sq ft unit located on Qu'Appelle AV that goes for $59,900 to a 1645 sq ft top floor Penthouse on Wellington Crescent going for $749,900.

Interestingly enough, there is 18 units available for purchase in the Exchange District (not including Waterfront Dr.), which is an increase over the last 6 months for that specific area. Waterfront Drive used to have a fair amount of condos for sale in the last 6-10 months. All new constructions of course. As of today, there is only 4 units on the market, ranging from $299K to $499K.

Wellington Crescent and it's fine luxury condominiums still leads the pack with 30 units with the least expensive unit being a 2 bedrooms, 1026 sq ft condo going for $209,900.

Roslyn Rd and River Avenue are holding their own with 11 condos available for sale.
