Love the Youcubes....too expensive for my blood though. I just don't understand the costs in such things I guess.

I love the other project idea, the empty box, but dislike the location (right on Grant, not within simple distance to anything particular).

In an article about the potential revival of the Nygaard buildings in the Free Press, it was stated that another 1000 residents in the Exchange would warrant developments such as a grocery store. Come on down, bring your friends!
